At CSI Protect we understand the importance of receiving your goods quickly and without a hitch. All our orders our shipped with reliable couriers to ensure they reach you on time.
Delivery Charges and Timescales
Our standard delivery charge is $ 13.95. We strive to dispatch your order within two working days, if we hold the item in stock. You should receive your goods within 3 days of your order being placed.
Where possible, we endeavour to dispatch orders received by 11:00am the same day. Therefore if your order is urgent and you would like to receive your order the next day,please order before 11:00am and select our courier service.
Please also note, we are only able to accept online orders for delivery to the US. If you are outside the US and are interested in any of our products, please call 888-673-2973 or e-mail [email protected]
Please note that both delivery options are signed for services. That means you or someone at your delivery address will need to sign for the item. This is to protect your goods and to ensure that we have proof that the items were in fact delivered. If the postman tries to deliver and nobody is in, that is not our fault.
Deliveries are only available between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday. We do not offer a timed, evening or weekend service.
